I have been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) since 1997, the year it was first introduced in Italy.

I developed the Italian localization for the parent company and trained the first Italian developers, becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2004.
Since 2000, I have been supporting Italian partners in becoming self-sufficient with Business Central, through official Microsoft courses and tailored training programs designed around their specific needs and real-world projects.

I am one of the few truly independent professionals in this market: I do not resell the product, so I do not compete with partners.
I provide training, project consulting, quality assurance, and support in managing the relationship between the partner and the end client—especially in project assessment, validation, and best practices. I also offer technical expert reports in the context of legal disputes.

With my APICS – Basics of Supply Chain Management certification, my expertise extends to production and supply chain, combining analysis, development, and functional consulting in a cross-disciplinary profile.
