MFG Accelerator
The app that makes Business Central faster, more intuitive, and more productive for manufacturing.

MFG Accelerator was born from over 25 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
It brings together a set of navigation and control enhancements designed for those who, every day, need to update master data, track progress, and post production orders.
With an optimized interface and targeted operational tools, MFG Accelerator dramatically reduces the number of steps required in the standard system, speeding up and simplifying daily work for everyone involved in production — from the single operator to the production manager.

Key Features
Dynamic Bill of Materials by Variant
With MFG Accelerator, the bill of materials is automatically built according to the variant of the produced item.
There’s no longer any need to create multiple BOMs for multiple variants and link them to Stockkeeping Units: a single BOM is enough, and the item variants determine which components are used.
Both the planning engine and manual production management dynamically generate the correct BOM, eliminating duplication and simplifying the maintenance of technical data.

Mass Update of Stockkeeping Units
A dedicated tool allows you to quickly update key information of Stockkeeping Units (SKU), from the replenishment method to all planning parameters.
Changes can be applied in a mass, controlled, and reversible way, drastically reducing the time needed to update the main master data used in the Manufacturing module.
Automatic Insertion of Fixed Holidays in Work Center Calendars
With a single action, you can mass insert fixed holidays in the calendars of work centers linked to production areas — without repetitive manual operations.
