With MFG Accelerator, the bill of materials is automatically built according to the variant of the produced item.
There’s no longer any need to create multiple BOMs for multiple variants and link them to Stockkeeping Units: a single BOM is enough, and the item variants determine which components are used.

Both the planning engine and manual production management dynamically generate the correct BOM, eliminating duplication and simplifying the maintenance of technical data.

Mass Update of Stockkeeping Units

A dedicated tool allows you to quickly update key information of Stockkeeping Units (SKU), from the replenishment method to all planning parameters.
Changes can be applied in a mass, controlled, and reversible way, drastically reducing the time needed to update the main master data used in the Manufacturing module.
